At the Mind Body Movement Living Laboratory, we prioritize holistic well-being and resilience building through meditative mind, body, and movement interventions. Our mission is to create an inclusive, nurturing space where individuals of all abilities can connect to explore techniques to achieve balance and fulfillment.

Slow Flow
Gentle, Restorative movement and conscious breathwork. Standing and floor poses. Build sustainable physical and mental strength, and discover lasting inner calm.
Root & Rise
Root & Rise is a gentle chair + mat practice designed to build confidence, strength, improve balance, and support nervous system regulation through slow, mindful movement and breath.
Weekend Reset
A Stretch and Restore class: a slow, floor-based yoga class designed to help you unwind, reset and reconnect- gentle stretching, supported posed with breathwork to release tension, restoring balance in body and mind. Can help with joint pain from a physical injury, neurological disorder, or autoimmune condition.
Chi Flow
Find your rhythm in this Yoga-Tai Chi hybrid flow through seamless transitions designed to improve balance, flexibility, and inner calm.
The Fix
Somatic Healing Through Movement - By appointment only.
Rest & Restore
Relax your mind and reconnect with your spirit. Experience restorative movement & breathe work on your mat.
Massage
Experience a 60, 90, or even 120 minute full body massage - combining Swedish and therapeutic massage with your specific needs, each session is intuitively curated for your unique journey.
May include lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, & cupping.
Available by appointment only. Services provided by a licensed massage therapist.
Strength Training
Enhance Your Physical & Functional Well-being with personalized training. One on one - improve agility and stability.
Specialized works outs to reduce fall risks.
The Collective - Private Group Wellness or Meditations
Plan supportive group meditation or wellness sessions customized for your group to create team connections and enhance well-being.
Wellspring
Reset your rhythm at Wellspring at the Lab. This 90-minute experience (it's like a mini retreat) is dedicated to nervous system support; mindful movements and deep relaxation. It’s more than just a break—it’s a conscious practice of returning to yourself. Secure your space online and give your body the restoration it deserves.
